Small renovation project for an existing residence that included the creation of a single, large open family and kitchen area with abundant light and broader views and access to an existing pool area through a new 24' wide, multi-panel folding door system. Work on the primary front facade included the removal and replacement of existing brick veneer and stucco finishes at the lower levels with new fiber-cement cladding, added windows and doors, new roofing, and the removal of three, existing roof dormers
