Located in downtown Seattle on a 12,969sf lot, adjacent to the historic Seattle Cinerama, this multifamily, mixed-use development will contain 5,000sf of ground-level lobby and tenant space, 8-levels of below-grade parking, podium-level fitness and club rooms with a roof terrace, and common rooftop amenity areas with views towards downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier, the Olympic Peninsula, and Elliott Bay.  The project will include 365-market-rate apartments in a mix of 0, 1, and 2-bedroom unit types. Project achieved a LEED Silver rating.
