Grande Office

Designed more like a custom residence than a corporate headquarters, this 90,000sf office building and research center are configured around a large, central courtyard and situated on a 40-acre site with groves of fruit trees, herb gardens, and biking and walking trails for employee well-being. The project program includes offices, open workstations, collab areas, corporate and r/d labs, test kitchens, pilot plant, conferencing, cafe and servery, coffee conservatory, library, yoga and wellness rooms, custom artwork throughout, and an onsite health clinic.  LEED Gold rating.
