Implementing Florida’s Live Local Act, which was enacted in 2023 for addressing statewide affordable and workforce housing needs through various development incentives and land-use policy exemptions, this project is being developed on a .28ac site with 7-dwelling units of approximately 1,035gsf each with separate entrances and covered parking.
