Located just north of downtown Green Cove Springs on a 4ac site, this multi-purpose building will contain a ground-level restaurant with a 230-seat capacity, a second-level conferencing and reception area for up to 230-guests, including a catering kitchen and outdoor terraces, a third-level speakeasy lounge and outdoor terraces with a 215-seat capacity, and an open-air pavilion with a 150-seat capacity for special events and gatherings.
