PNK Restaurant + Lounge

Seattle, WA

Located on the top floor of an existing, 4-story retail center in downtown Seattle, this tenant improvement project was completed within a former restaurant space. The new concept was to provide a high-end restaurant experience that could seamlessly convert to an ultra-lounge feel and vibe with live music or a DJ, and ample space for dancing.  The main restaurant areas and restrooms were completely renovated, two bar areas, a stage, DJ booth, and new VIP room were added, and the existing kitchen and BOH support spaces were retained and updated as needed.
