Located in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle, this mixed-use development is designed for 270-condominium units with a mix of 0, 1, and 2-bedroom unit types, 7,000sf of ground-level restaurant/retail tenant space, podium-level amenity areas, and a common rooftop amenity area with views of downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay.  Above grade parking levels are proposed to be screened by a Mondrian-inspired installation of colored glass panels set within a steel frame
