This newly constructed, 13-story office building was built to span over an existing, below-grade, operational transit station. Featuring a double-height lobby designed for gathering and co-workability, the building design also provides for tenant bicycle storage, ground-level commercial retail/restaurant shell space, and a common penthouse amenity area with covered terrace, a planted green roof, and views of the UW campus, Mt Rainier, downtown Seattle, and South Lake Union. Project achieved a LEED GOLD rating
